- The app does not work! What should I do?
As a general rule it is always safe to restart your device before doing something else. Probably your device got in an inconsistent state. Restarting it clears all memory and makes sure that there aren’t any side-effects that could affect the app.
It could also be the case that we already fixed your bug in an updated version that is available for download. Please go the the App Store and make sure that you have the latest version of the app on your device.
Removing and reinstalling an app can also help. First make sure that you have a working backup. Then remove the app, and go to the App Store to redownload it. Keep in mind that removing an app will also delete all app-related data.

- Where is my purchase receipt? When will I receive a serial number?
All of our apps are exclusively available on Apple’s App Stores. This means that you don’t need any serial number or registration information. Apple saves a receipt in their database and you should receive a copy via email in about 7 days after your purchase. If you want to redownload the application in case of loss or if you bought a new device you just have to log in to the App Store and download the application for free again.
- What is your support policy? How fast can I expect an answer? What should I do in the meantime?
We provide fast & free email support for every app. Please use the contact form that you can find at the bottom of every product support page. You can email us anytime and we’ll usually respond within 48 hours. Please give us this time, we get lots of email.
If you have a serious problem, urgent inquiry or unsatisfied issue the best thing for you to do is to just wait for our response. We try our best to troubleshoot and fix most of your problems.
- Where can I download a trial version of an app?
We do not offer demo or trial versions of our apps, because Apple’s App Stores don’t support them. Please take a look at the product pages to get a better impression of our products.
